DIVINE WELLNESS VISITS – POLICIES & REGULATIONS

🌿 SERVICE OVERVIEW

Divine Wellness Visits provides non-medical wellness check-ins and companionship visits for seniors living independently at home. Our services are designed to offer families peace of mind through consistent, caring presence.

We are a non-medical support service and do not provide clinical, nursing, or home health care.


1. NON-MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Divine Wellness Visits is not a medical provider, home health agency, or licensed healthcare service.

We do NOT:

  • Provide medical care or treatment
  • Administer medication
  • Diagnose conditions
  • Offer medical advice
  • Replace professional healthcare services

Our role is strictly observational, supportive, and companionship-based.

2. WELLNESS VISIT SCOPE 

During visits, we may:

  • Check that the client is safe and responsive
  • Provide friendly conversation and companionship
  • Observe general well-being
  • Notify emergency contacts if urgent concerns are observed (when appropriate)
  • Provide optional family updates upon request

We do NOT perform medical assessments or physical examinations.


3. CLIENT ELIGIBILITY

Services are intended for:

  • Seniors living independently at home
  • Adults who require companionship and wellness check-ins
  • Families seeking non-medical support and reassurance

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if:

  • The environment is unsafe
  • The client requires medical-level care
  • Staff safety is at risk

4. PAYMENTS & BILLING

  • All services are billed weekly or through subscription plans
  • Payment is due in advance of scheduled services
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of visits
  • No refunds are issued for completed services

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/debit card
  • Online payment platforms (Stripe, Square, etc.)

5. SCHEDULING POLICY

  • All clients are assigned scheduled visit windows based on service routes
  • Exact appointment times may vary within a designated time block
  • Divine Wellness Visits reserves the right to adjust schedules for efficiency, weather, or safety

Clients may request preferred time windows, but final scheduling is determined by the provider.


6. ACCESS TO CLIENT HOMES

Clients or family members are responsible for:

  • Ensuring safe access to the home (entry instructions, keys, codes if applicable)
  • Providing clear emergency contact information
  • Informing us of any hazards or restrictions in advance

We do not provide forced entry or emergency rescue services.


 7. OPTIONAL ADD-ON SERVICES

We may offer optional items such as:

  • Flowers from local gardens 🌿
  • Homemade cookies or baked goods 🍪
  • Small comfort or seasonal gifts 🎁

These items are:

  • Non-medical
  • Optional
  • Not included in base service pricing unless stated

8. FAMILY COMMUNICATION & UPDATES

Upon request, we may provide:

  • Visit confirmations
  • General wellness updates
  • Notes on client interaction

We do NOT provide:

  • Medical reports
  • Diagnoses
  • Emergency dispatch services

If an urgent concern is observed, emergency contacts or services may be notified.


 9. LIABILITY WAIVER

By enrolling in services, clients acknowledge and agree that:

  • Divine Wellness Visits is not responsible for medical conditions, health outcomes, or emergencies
  • Services are supportive and observational in nature
  • We are not liable for incidents beyond our reasonable control

Clients agree to release Divine Wellness Visits from liability related to non-medical services provided.


10. SAFETY & RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse entry into unsafe environments
  • End visits early if conditions are unsafe
  • Suspend services if repeated safety concerns arise

Safety of both clients and staff is a top priority.


11. POLICY UPDATES

These policies may be updated at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the most current version.
